What is the authorized dealer program?

Quoting and Purchasing: Authorized dealers can utilize our innovative online quoting system (Sederra Quote Builder 1.0) to generate instant customer quote online.

Sales Leads: If a retailer meets the requirements of the Authorized Dealer program, they can receive sales leads in their defined market that have been created by Sederra marketing efforts.
Dealers will receive the contact information of the lead soon after the lead has requested information from Sederra.

If the dealer requirements are met and maintained, dealers will also be added to Sederra's dealer locator.


What are the requirements to become an authorized dealer?

Displays / Literature
Sederra Authorized Dealers must prominently display and purchase one or more current and undamaged Sederra gates and display stands in their showroom and have Sederra brochures on hand for customers.

Lead Response
Sederra Authorized Dealers must effectively respond to the leads Sederra distributes, by contacting potential customers in a timely and professional manner.

Installation Assistance
Authorized Dealers should either provide installation services directly to consumers, or maintain an updated list of quality installers in their market region.

Each Sederra Authorized Dealer must make its sales team available for training by a Sederra Representative for training.

Applicants must provide verifiable banking credentials and a good credit history and have a solid reputation as an honest business that will uphold the values, integrity and commitment to quality and service that is associated with the Sederra brand..

Deviations to the above noted requirements are at the sole descretion of Sederra.
